What happens

College freshman Emily experiences unexplained lactation and makes frequent visits to the campus clinic, where she forms a connection with young Dr. Ethan. Her roommate Jenna, consumed by jealousy, posts anonymous rumors that spiral into harassment affecting Emily's health and mind. Dr. Ethan supports her through it all.
