What happens

Ben just graduated and developed hemorrhoids from all the spicy food he eats. At the hospital he meets Ethan, a quiet, careful doctor who turns out to be his stepfather's son. The first exam is humiliating. They keep running into each other; Ethan leaves late-night care instructions, shows up at Ben's place to check on him after surgery.
