What happens

Ben just graduated and developed hemorrhoids from all the spicy food he eats. At the hospital he meets Ethan, a quiet, careful doctor who turns out to be his stepfather's son. The first exam is humiliating. They keep running into each other; Ethan leaves late-night care instructions, shows up at Ben's place to check on him after surgery. Ben starts eating spicy food deliberately just to book another appointment. Ethan pulls away when things get too close. Ben tries dating someone else. A routine follow-up visit finally cracks the distance between them, leading to confessions their family hears and accepts.
