What happens

Marco, an electrician who clawed his way out of poverty, comes back to his old neighborhood to install air conditioning units in every apartment as a way of saying thanks. His former neighbors, led by Marina, see an opportunity and start demanding compensation and threatening to blackmail him. Marco responds by removing every unit he installed, vanishing into the night. When a brutal heat wave hits, one building stays cool while the other bakes.
