What happens

Claire Hayes is a special agent who gets pulled into ancient times and wakes up as the scatterbrained daughter of a noble house. She rescues Prince Julian Hart, the legendary God of War, from assassins. He hires her as his escort, and as they navigate court conspiracies together, they fall for each other. When the Crown Prince moves to seize power, Claire and Julian work to expose what he's done. The nobles around them have no idea who Claire really is.
