What happens

Isabel spends senior year keeping her heart condition secret while carrying an unspoken love for her best friend. When a misunderstanding fractures their friendship, Alex turns cold; she loses him entirely and watches him stand by as others hurt her. A decade later, he discovers a series of videos she made before it was too late. What she tells him in those recordings rewrites everything he believed about who she was and why she disappeared.
