What happens

A dragon egg breaks open by accident, and power floods into William, a stable hand with nothing left to lose. He's marked now, marked the way the old prophecies described, but he has no idea what that means. A bard who has spent years searching knows exactly what it means, and so does Baron Charlie, the man who already took everything William had. William has to learn what he's become before anyone figures out who he really is, while a dragon sleeps somewhere, waiting.
