What happens

Quinn lives alone and deaf; a new cochlear implant has just given her back the ability to hear. She arrives home to find a murderer waiting inside, a man fleeing a crime scene that shocked her neighborhood. She can track his movements by sound, overhear his plans, but she's still trapped in a house with someone who has already killed. Now she has to survive.
