What happens

Angela's life has come apart; betrayal and suffering have hollowed her out. Then she meets Lucifer, a man with more secrets than surfaces. He's not human. He's not even close. He's the ruler of Hell, caught between the world he governs, the heaven that opposes him, and something new: his own humanity waking up because of her. As their lives tangle together, Angela stops being a woman defined by what was done to her. She finds power she didn't know she had, and Lucifer faces a choice that matters more than the weight of eternity. The two of them are forbidden, impossible, but what happens between them might actually matter more than destroying worlds.
