What happens

Asher Bennet inherits a sprawling Texas farm, but the will comes loaded with conditions. To claim what's his, he has to live on the property for a full year. One problem: Lennon Bowie, the ranch's foreman, is impossible to get along with. Asher left Texas years ago for London and a gleaming penthouse life.
