What happens

Asher Bennet inherits a sprawling Texas farm, but the will comes loaded with conditions. To claim what's his, he has to live on the property for a full year. One problem: Lennon Bowie, the ranch's foreman, is impossible to get along with. Asher left Texas years ago for London and a gleaming penthouse life. Now he's trading Chelsea for cattle, and he's miserable about it. Lennon has his own reasons for not wanting Asher around. The two of them bristle at every turn, but proximity has a way of exposing what's really underneath the argument. A will designed to keep them together might actually be onto something.
