What happens

Shaun, an elite surgeon, boards a flight carrying a donor kidney for a secret transplant. When a passenger suffers a medical emergency mid-flight, he saves her life. But his rescue backfires; the woman's daughter, Jessica, demands public humiliation as payment for his interference. Shaun refuses. When he finally reveals why the kidney matters, Jessica doesn't accept his word. Only after she opens the case herself does she see the name inside.
