What happens

Coded telegrams move through Riverbend and Eastbay in the 1940s, carrying messages that keep democracy alive. Sara Holden and her network of underground operatives send them, receiving them, risking everything to keep the signals flowing. But Nationalist agents are listening too, and foreign spies prowl the same streets. Each message could be the one that gives them away.
