What happens

Sarah kept something locked down for seven years: the fact that she was still alive. Her marriage had gone cold long before the diagnosis came. When Jackson finds out she faked her death and disappeared, he falls into remorse so deep he starts looking for her. She's already gone to ground with Elliot, a doctor who wanted her in high school and gets another chance now. What Jackson doesn't know is that Sarah left behind more than just a body. He's about to discover what she was hiding all those years, and the question becomes whether he deserves to have it back.
