What happens

Vincenzo Moretti has been keeping another woman pregnant. On the day of her prenatal checkup, he asks his wife to abort their child so she can adopt his lover's baby instead; he wants no favouritism between them. She agrees to the procedure and walks into the operating room. What Vincenzo doesn't know is that she's the only woman who can ever give him a biological heir. Years later, she returns as a powerful CEO with a child in tow and revenge on her mind. His empire starts to crumble as he realizes what he's lost.
